Today, I have the pleasure to receive Fidel Beauhill to the show, an NLP Master Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, Author, and Master Timeline Practitioner. Fidel is also an amicably divorced father of three daughters, and the creator of The Modern Man Club and The Modern Woman Club. He also hosts The Modern Man Podcast and is September's featured coach and cover model for COACH magazine as well as speaking at many events, conferences and workshops around the country. He is passionate about helping people reconnect with their highest self to support those they care for.
In this episode, we talk about how different the conversations about sex are between men and women, the pressure for men to show up in a certain way during sex, and what society expects from women to bring to the table. We also talk about fear, shame, guilt, and many other negative emotions linked to sex, and how they make it harder to enjoy and talk freely about sex.

For some reason it is socially accepted that all men are expected to know what they are doing in bed, to show up with a hard-on and keep it for an X amount of time. The story of women moaning about how men are not good in bed has generated a tendency in which men are worried about upgrading their bed skills, which provokes anxiety, anguish, and other negative emotions around sex.
