In this episode, I talk with the lovely Martin Warrillow, who is a podcast host, blog writer, public speaker, former journalist, and stroke survivor. Martin educates people about the dangers of work stress and the increasing incidence of stroke among working-age people.
We have an inspiring conversation about resilience, overcoming difficulties, and the sex life of a stroke survivor. Martin shared details of his accident, the physical and mental recovery process, and how his sex life changed. We also talk about the possibilities of sex beyond penetration, how hard it is being a sexual partner and a carer at the same time, and Martin's iron mindset that helped him keep moving forward.
